Rescheduling:

  • After initial consultation: No refund
  • If service quality is disputed: Partial refund after review

4. Technical Services

Refund Conditions:
  • Service not delivered within agreed timeline: Full refund
  • Service quality issues: Partial refund after assessment
  • Client cancellation: No refund after work begins

5. Refund Process

Refund Processing:
  • Approved refunds processed within 7-10 business days

6. Non-Refundable Situations
